Open UDMH, then tap config, then scroll down until you see LJP (If it isn't there, tap "Add" and select it). Select it and press "Modify". Now, enable "Clean Up for this app". UDMH will force the memory free once you did the steps above instead of trusting LJP to do it right. You might also want to consider downgrading to 1.0RC3 as the SNES module seems to consume considerably more memory in 1.0RC4+.
